Siduvad kontsernisisesed eeskirjad

Siduvad kontsernisisesed eeskirjad on vahend, mida ettevõtete kontsern või ühises majandustegevuses osalev ettevõtete rühm võib kasutada, et tagada asjakohased kaitsemeetmed isikuandmete edastamiseks kolmandatesse riikidesse.
See register annab ülevaate heakskiidetud siduvatest kontsernisisestest eeskirjadest. Siduvate kontsernisiseste eeskirjade puhul, mis on heaks kiidetud pärast isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse jõustumist (25. mai 2018), on esitatud lingid Euroopa Andmekaitsenõukogu arvamusele ja andmekaitseasutuse riiklikule otsusele.
See ülevaade on esitatud üksnes teavitamise eesmärgil. Organisatsioonidel on kohustus teavitada pädevaid andmekaitseasutusi siduvate kontsernisiseste eeskirjade muudatustest. Ülevaadet ajakohastatakse teabe põhjal, mille organisatsioonid on esitanud pädevatele andmekaitseasutustele.
