The EDPB Binding Decision 2/2023 relates to processing of children’s personal data by TikTok Technology Limited, namely the processing of personal data of registered TikTok platform users who are aged between 13 and 17 years old in connection to certain design practices, as well as certain issues relating to children under the age of 13.
