As part of its strategy, the EDPB supports efficient functioning of the cooperation and consistency mechanism linking all national supervisory authorities, which work together to enforce European data protection law, by streamlining internal processes, combining expertise and promoting enhanced coordination.

Several programmes have been launched to this end:

• Support Pool of Experts 

• Coordinated Enforcement Framework 

• EDPB Secondment programme

The EDPB promotes transparency by publishing a register with all the final decisions taken by National Data Protection Authorities under the cooperation mechanism called the “One-Stop-Shop” and aiming to offer harmonised enforcement on cross-border cases.
