During the plenary, the EDPB also adopted an Art. 65 dispute resolution decision concerning Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta IE)). In accordance with Art. 65 (5) GDPR, the EDPB will publish its decision on its website without undue delay after the lead supervisory authority has notified its national decision to the controller.
